Great hotel Couldn't check in until about 9.30 p.m. despite the fact that the kitchen was already closed We got another sausage salad. Great service, great host. Again and again.

I found the stay to be very pleasant. Well, the rooms are getting old, but still equipped with modern TVs. Good bandwidth WiFi is available. The pillow was no longer a pillow :-(. Otherwise the room corresponded to what I am used to from my previous trips. With food: Due to Corona, no breakfast buffet was allowed. However, this did not compromise, the breakfast offered was very plentiful and good, e.g. fresh strawberries, only my baker bakes better rolls! You also have to accept a small card in Covid19 times. I roughly divided the food into two categories, cheap and a lot, e.g. the lumberjack steak with fried potato and a little raised, e.g. B. all asparagus dishes. I can not understand the criticism of the kitchen!

The restaurant is highly recommended. We have been here several times and have never been disappointed. I think the wine selection is very good, both in terms of quality and in terms of prices for bottled wines you can't complain at all. The staff is very polite and courteous. Many thanks to the owner family.

After having stayed in this hotel several times, I realized that in this hotel there are clean rooms and bathrooms on the upper floors and then where it is not so well with the cleaning and the bathrooms a renovation bitterly necessary. I quickly cleaned the sink and toilet myself as I needed it urgently. Highly recommended the hotel is not and 3 stars did not deserve it.

I arrived to the hotel on Sunday afternoon after a long day from the United States from the first night the November 3 thru November 17 2019 the owner and his staff were very warm and helpful for my lack of the language on the items on the menu. Were here years ago. Food after yes. Is still a lot of air up. We were there again. We thought it would be a little better now. But no indication. Staff could be more attentive. As I said there is still a lot of room for improvement. That was a pity for me.

Many years ago we live in Kusel. This was one of our favorite restaurants. It still deserves that distinction. The hotel is also very comfortable. The wifi is excellent.
